XXLTraffic is a benchmark for extremely long-range traffic forecasting that provides the largest available public spatio-temporal dataset collected from Los Angeles (USA) and New South Wales (Australia) to evaluate models beyond test adaptation. It includes typical hourly and daily forecasting settings plus novel configurations that introduce temporal gaps and down-sampled training sizes to simulate evolving infrastructures, sensor downtimes, and realistic distribution shifts.
