Description

RefSegRS is a benchmark for referring remote sensing image segmentation (RRSIS) that provides a dataset and evaluation protocol to localize objects in remote sensing images given natural-language expressions. It consists of annotated remote sensing images paired with referring expressions designed to evaluate model performance—especially on small and scattered objects—by benchmarking existing natural-image referring segmentation methods.
