OmniFake is a comprehensive benchmark for multimodal news deception detection that integrates both human-crafted misinformation and AI-generated content. It comprises 127K samples combining human-curated misinformation from existing resources with newly synthesized AI-generated examples to enable evaluation of unified multimodal fake content detectors.
